1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "aa6", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the aa6 platform accessible at aa6.one, together with its affiliates and licensors.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services operated by aa6.
• "Account" — a registered user account held with aa6.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who has registered an Account with aa6 or is using the Platform.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which aa6 Accounts are operated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account by aa6.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts or received as withdrawal-eligible winnings.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the aa6 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the aa6 Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the aa6 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Use of the aa6 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of Account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aa6 maintains a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of gambling in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by aa6 or any associated gaming authority programme.
• You are permitted to hold only one Account on the aa6 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update this information promptly in the event of any change.
• Corporate entities, trusts, and automated software agents are not permitted to hold Accounts.

aa6 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued identity card, passport, and proof of payment method — at any point. Account functionality, including withdrawals, may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aa6 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. aa6 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your login information.

You must notify aa6 support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. aa6 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of a security incident. All transactions carried out using correct Account credentials will be considered to have been conducted by the Account holder.

Sharing Account credentials with third parties is prohibited. Account access by an individual other than the registered Account holder will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

aa6 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as specified in the Platform's banking section and may vary by method.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. aa6 does not accept third-party payments: deposits must come from accounts held in the Player's own name, and withdrawals will only be made to accounts in the Player's verified name.

aa6 reserves the right to apply withdrawal processing times at its discretion, including conducting enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if an Account has unresolved KYC requirements, open dispute investigations, or active fraud flags.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are set out in full at the point of offer. Players are advised to review promotion-specific terms in full before accepting any bonus.

aa6 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated validity period; unfulfilled requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

aa6 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and/or suspend an Account where the Platform determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk covered betting strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the aa6 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game or market, which are accessible within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the specific game or market in question.

In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, aa6 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return stakes to the Player's Account. aa6 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures on the Player's side during an active game session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the aa6 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of Account balance:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Participating in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud aa6 or other players;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or undocumented features for financial gain;
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, including depositing funds from proceeds of criminal activity;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the aa6 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of aa6 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of aa6.

10. Privacy & Data

aa6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Responsible Gaming

aa6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all Account holders from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly maximum loss thresholds;
• Session Time Limits — maximum session duration reminders and enforced time-outs;
• Self-Exclusion — temporary or permanent exclusion from the aa6 Platform, effective immediately upon activation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aa6's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aa6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not aa6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which aa6 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through aa6's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures prescribed by the relevant gaming authority.

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact aa6 customer support in writing in the first instance, providing full details of the matter in dispute. aa6 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.
